ACS Engitech manufactures Motor Control Centre (MCC) Panels in Compartmentalized and Non-Compartmentalized designs for diverse industrial applications across Gujarat.

Our panels are designed, assembled and tested in compliance with standard industrial norms. These panels are effectively used with motors, submersible pumps, blowers, fans, agitators, RAV and conveyors with sufficient protection from overloads and short circuits.

IEC 61439-1 Compliance

PMCC Panels are designed, assembled and tested according to IEC 61439-1 standard. Each panel undergoes stringent QC checks before final delivery.

CPRI Approved

Our PMCC Panels carry CPRI approval with short circuit test done as per IEC standard 61439. Providing assurance of performance under fault conditions.

EPLAN Design

All electrical drawings designed in EPLAN software — Single Line Diagrams, Three Line Diagrams, Panel Layout, Part Selection and cross-referencing.

Sheet Metal Fabrication

CRCA sheet fabrication at 1.6mm to 3mm thickness. Seven-tank pre-treatment process with two-coat synthetic enamel paint — RAL 7035 or RAL 7032.

IP55 Protection

ERDA approved IP55 protection class cubicle panels against dust ingress and water. Suitable for harsh industrial environments.

In-house Testing

Megger testing at 1000V DC and High Voltage testing at 2.5kV for 1 minute on PCC and MCC panels. Tested by Quality Control Engineers before delivery.
