Last updated: 22 October 2026. This policy explains what information ACS Engitech Private Limited ("ACS", "we") collects when you use www.acsengitech.com, why we collect it, and the choices you have. ACS is an industrial automation and electrical control panel company based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
Information you give us
- Enquiries. When you use the contact form we receive your first and last name, email address, subject and message so our sales and engineering team can reply to your enquiry.
- Job applications. When you apply for a position we receive your name, email address, phone number, years of experience, your message and the CV or resume file you upload, together with the position you applied for.
- Partner and vendor registrations. When you register on the Partner With Us page we receive your name, email address, phone number, city, business type, experience, portfolio links, description and any profile file you upload.
Information collected automatically
To understand which pages are useful, the website records each page view with the page address, the referring page, a device category (desktop, tablet or mobile) and your browser's user-agent string. Your browser stores a random visitor identifier in local storage so repeat visits can be counted without identifying you; it is not linked to your name or contact details. If Google Analytics or Google Tag Manager is enabled on the site, Google also processes usage data under its own privacy policy.
How we use information
We use the information to answer enquiries and prepare quotations, to assess job applicants and partner registrations, to operate, secure and improve the website, and to meet legal and accounting obligations. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for automated decisions about you.
Where it is stored and who can see it
Applications, partner registrations and page-view records are stored in our database hosted with Neon, and uploaded files are stored with Vercel Blob storage; the website itself is hosted by Vercel. These providers process data on our behalf. Only authorised ACS staff can access submissions through our password-protected administration panel. We may disclose information where required by law.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries and partner registrations for as long as needed to respond and maintain the business relationship, job applications for up to 24 months unless you ask us to delete them sooner, and page-view records for analytics for up to 24 months.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, or withdraw consent you gave, by emailing sales@acsengitech.com. You can clear the visitor identifier at any time by clearing your browser's site data. We respond to requests in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and other applicable law.
