Panel Manufacturing
We manufacture PLC panels, Drive Panels, Instrumentation Panels of all various applications, in M.S. and Stainless Steel of Local as well as Reputed make Enclosure.
Key Features
Panel will be fabricated out of CRCA sheet of size ranging from 1,6mm to 2.5mm at various sections (i.e. door/covers of 2mm side/top-bottom 1.6mm mounting/gland plates 2.5mm).
For pre-treatment / painting, adopt seven tank process, wherein all Sheet metal parts are subjected to degreasing, derusting&acid Pickling & phosphating before applying coat of primer. Finally, the panel is to be painted with two coat of synthetic enamel light grey paint of shade RAL 7035 or RAL 7032
Electrical Drawing (One Line Diagram, Three Line Diagram, Cable Layout, Load calculation, control design, Trouble shooting chart and Operation Manual) Control Wiring will be done by ISI marked Flexible PVC Copper Cable and it will be lugs and ferruled by Printing Machine by both the end.Testing, Manufacturing and commissioning of Electrical Control Panel, PLC based Control Panel, Drive Panel and Instrumentation Panel.
