Consultancy service exclusively provided by ACS ENGITECH.

Period of AMC :- 1 Year, 3 Consecutive Years, 5 Consecutive Years.
Type of AMC :- Comprehensive type and non-Comprehensive type.
System Details :- PLC Panel and SCADA system.
Periodic maintenance Visit :- we offer Total 4 visits in a year i.e. once in every quarter, each visit shall comprise of maximum 1 man-day.
Emergency maintenance Visit:- Total 2 Visits in Year, each Visit has Comprise of maximum 2 man-days.
E-mail/Telephonic Support :- Shall be provided by ACS Engitech Pvt. Ltd. Ahmedabad during working days – Monday to Saturday 10am to 6pm.

Checking of loads, logical volume sizes in PLC Panel.
Checking of CPU load for all Control, Modules and recommending corrective measures if any.
Checking Diagnostic logs from system for all nodes.
Check for recent list of compile/install for errors/warnings.
Check for hardware fail ures(non-emergency type), which may bereportedin the last 03 months.
Taking Project Backup and all other required backups of systems on Customer provided Pen Drive.
Checking of LED indications on various hardware modules of PLC.
No Major changes in databases hall be carried out, how ever minor changes/modifications shall be done for problem resolution.
No repairs are possible at site.
